This book is an open letter to my children, the ones who went no contact and the ones I still speak with. Since nothing was ever said until I couldn't reach you, I am going to address some things that were thrown in my face and will be quite blunt about things, but first, a letter from me to all of you.
Dear Annie, June, Molly, Sarie and Ron,
First and foremost, I want to let you know that no matter what, I love you all so much, and I am truly sorry for the things in my life I could control but messed up. I am not making excuses about the fact I messed up over the years, however, being your Mom was not easy either. I hope some of the things I mention will clear things up. It is not excuses, however, I want to be able to say my side. I know you will probably never read of see this, but at least if something was to happen to me you will know the truth.
