Cassie's Magical Adventure's (3 book series)

Cassie looked out the window of the treehouse her father had built her for her birthday. She was watching the clouds on the horizon when she gasped and rubbed her eyes. Looking at the clouds again, she said, "I saw a dragon."

She looked closer at the dragon and heard her Mom call her, "Cassie, it is time to come in."

Still looking at the dragon in the sky, she called out, "I will be right there."

Slowly she climbed out of the treehouse and walked to the kitchen door. When she got in the house she said, "Mom I think someone was flying a big dragon kite."

Dad came in and asked, "Why do you say that?"

"I was lying on the porch of my treehouse," She said. "Looking at the clouds I could have sworn I saw a dragon in the sky. Almost near the mountains."

Mom almost spit her drink out as she said, "A dragon Cassie?"

"Yeah," I said. "I mean it was very far away but I could have sworn it was a dragon."

Mom looked at me and said, "Cassie if you ever see a dragon near you, you need to hide and be very quiet."

Laughing I said, "Mom do not be silly! Why would a dragon come and see me."
